Coffee cake by request~

I have a special request for a coffee cake recipe from one of our friends, Vrinda at http://sankeerthanam.blogspot.com/. I really like coffee cake too but I don't like dry coffee cake. This is a very moist delicious recipe. I hope you all like it.

INGREDIENTS
•1/2 cup butter
•3/4 cups granulated sugar
•3/4 cup packed brown sugar
•2 eggs
•1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt (do not use low fat)
•3 cups all-purpose flour
•2 teaspoons baking powder
•1/2 teaspoon salt
•1 cup milk
•Option: Raisins 1 cup
DIRECTIONS
•In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
•Add eggs and beat well.
•Combine the flour, baking powder and salt;
•Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
•Blend in the sour cream
Do not over blend You want it to be fluffy.
• Add raisins now if using them.
• Spread batter in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. or 10" x 3"spring form round pan.
TOPPING
*1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
*1/2 cup brown sugar
*6 TBS BUTTER
*1/2 CUP FLOUR
*1/4 CUP UN-COOKED OATMEAL

•Cut butter into cubes and add sugar and cinnamon
•Blend together with oatmeal and flour till it makes a crumby mixture
•Sprinkle over batter
Bake:350F degrees for 40-45 minutes in center rack for sheet pan or 1 hour for 10" Or when inserting a tester in the center it comes out dry.
Serve warm with whipped butter and jam.
Oh yes, and a nice cup of coffee.
