How to make a clown cupcake

Ok this one is really cute and quite easy. The kid's in my class whipped these up in record time and they felt very proud when they were done. These would be very impressive for any kid's party.

What you will need:
12 large cupcakes
12 sugar ice cream cones
24 pink jelly beans
12 red gum drops
1 batch of white buttercream icing
1 package of red Twizzlers or pipe red icing for the mouth
Star tip #32 to pipe the eyes over cut triangular pieces of sugarless gum
Royal icing colored balls for the eyes
Cotton candy for the hair and the pom pom on the hat.
